One side of the production building sagged 20 cm and needed reinforcement to prevent further subsidence. Subsidence resulted in cracks on load-bearing walls and foundations. The first 4 meters of foundation under the concrete foundations consisted of sand and mud, which tended to self-compact due to the fact that the soils in the katlavan were dumped and not properly compacted. At 4-8 meters below the level of the foundations, the soil conditions were more suitable for the foundation reinforcement solutions as more hard clay was present. In this area, the contractor URETEK injected geopolymer and improved the soil conditions (created a continental support) so that the polymer columns achieve good support and safely transfer stresses from the concrete foundations. According to the project, the building stands on 10 concrete foundations (pillars). As a result of the project, the subgrade was strengthened to eliminate further subsidence and stop further damage to the structures of the object.
URETEK reinforced the supporting structures of the concrete foundations with 40 x 4 meter geopolymer columns. The columns were formed directly below the foundation to the depth of support on a solid foundation.

The soil was improved (strengthened) with 40 supporting geopolymer columns (4 per foundation) and injections to a depth of 4-8 meters. The industrial building was fortified without stopping operation and eviction.
